• Caribbean nations: Dishes like jerk pork, sorrel drink, and rum cake bring bold flavours to the celebration.
• Nigeria: Jollof rice, fried rice, and grilled meats often take Centre stage.

Everyday could be Christmas. it’s so exciting to join in everyone else’s excitement when there’s fun everywhere for those celebrating the reason for the season and those who join in because it’s tradition for them.
